Common, Everyday Things Affect Our Health, Outlook and Vitality

Childhood experiences (ACEs at CDC) - In a study of about 16,000 subjects, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Kaiser Permanente found that Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) can affect our health throughout our lifetime.  As children, our experiences, events and possible traumas are not within our control; we simply must endure them and adapt to them.  If you have them (as I do) and don't want to accept their long term consequences as your destiny (as I don't), it is important to pay attention to the Common, Everyday Things that affect our health, outlook and vitality!
